pusu-client : Define command, create an example of usage (with gif)
pusu-client-lib : Describe the public interface
pusu-protocol : Document the protobuf and the exchange process with mermaid
pusu-server-lib : Define the public interface and configuration
pusu-toolbox : Explain the cli

Write the workspace README.


          doc(pusu-server-lib) : Bootstrap readme
