enhanced screen readers accessibility support for the icons in the Tweaks
tab where before screen readers was outputing it as regular checkboxes, now they take the titl

Testing

used the compile script and tested the changes

Impact

no impact at all for regular none screen reader users, screen reader users now will have the access to options that may not know about it before
