Changes input to be in line with other web-based canvas apps. Trackpad gestures & mouse wheel should now work simultaneously at all times. - Must hold `ctrl` key to zoom with mouse - Mouse wheel default is vertical pan - Hold `shift` for horizontal pan - Removed the configuration settings (unused)
