修复bug,用户提交case可以使用btnclick来规避问题,
本来准备用host方式来绑定样式值,但是用户用了行内样式,优先级大于脚本,于是使用了render并在ngChanges时触发绑定,此种情况,如果用户手动设置样式cursor和point-event,会导致删除和覆盖掉用户样式
