Follow along the regular setup.

Create your config file

One way to create the .ddsclient file in your home directory is use TextEdit.

Open TextEdit - Select Spotlight(magnifying glass) and type "TextEdit"
Create a new Document by Clicking File -> New
Fix document formatting by Clicking Format -> Make Plain Text
Paste in the data from your clipboard from the above guide
Click File->Save
In the Save dialog
- Enter ".ddsclient" for Save As:
- Make sure Where is set to your home directory
- Uncheck If no extension is provided use ".txt"
- Click Save
- If you are prompted with a warning about dot being reserved click Use "."
