Description
As mentioned in the challenge, a user can generate an Action Token which any other user can use to receive the tokens attached to it within the expiry time.
Added two routes for generating action tokens and transferring tokens attached to the action token.
This commit includes integration tests for generating, transferring, and handling the edge case of expired tokens. Unit tests are still pending for the ActionTokenService.
