As it was showing me error so I added it.
1.Make the third checkbox responsive. 2.Make the third radio button responsive. 3.Add a label to the third tab. Enable the disabled button. Here are the comments for each change made: Added lines for making the third checkbox responsive by removing state="disabled". Added lines for making the third radio button responsive by removing state="disabled". Added lines for adding a label to the third tab. Modified the line to enable the disabled button by changing its state to "normal".
