font-urw-core35 (new cask)

Added a more complete font collection that's usually provided in GhostScript.
This collection is somehow more "complete" than the font-urw-base35. It's just a subset of this so I assume no harm is done by contributing this?
You can see more info about the fonts in the repo readme, the licensing stuff is uh... interesting, but it shouldn't be a problem. I'm not a lawyer tho.

Details about the new cask audit fail: (1x failure, non-reputable repoi) Yeah, unfortunately this was an inevitable bump in the road as the original repository is no more and this fork is the most reputable fork of the original source.
Fortunately the owner of the fork (https://github.com/twardoch) has a quite large digital footprint and provenance about being reputable.

If the licensing seems too iffy, we'll just try to ping the fork owner and give their two ¢

This will need a conflicts_with stanza for font-urw-base35 because they install some of the same named fonts.
