This PR removes two Readspeaker TTS voice options (Julie and Bridget) from the prompt voice documentation as part of RANG-193.
Key Changes:
- Removes entries for voice options 3 (Julie, en-US) and 7 (Bridget, en-UK) from the English voice options table
