I am Phuc Nguyen. I am a graduate student in Computational Systems Biology at Washington University in St. Louis.
- I have experience in machine learning, genomics and multi-omics analyses.
- I am passionate about modeling gene regulation, effects of genomic variants, and cell perturbation predictions.
- I am proficient in Python, R, and Bash, and have extensive experiences working with High-Performing Computing (HPC) platforms.
- Outside of my main research projects, I am interested in graph representation learning, interpretable AI, and causal inference.
- In my free time, I am a chess nerd, a Geoguessr newbie, and Stromae's fan.
