Fix: MCP configuration empty fields and auth issues

Description

This PR addresses two issues related to MCP configuration:

• Fixes a bug where empty fields in the MCP configuration were not being handled correctly, causing validation errors and preventing the use of certain features. (Closes Bug: Model Context Protocol (MCP) Configuration Wizard Fails for Servers with No Input Fields #103)
• Resolves an authentication issue where the MCP provider was not correctly picking up credentials, leading to failed requests. (Closes Bug: Remote GitHub MCP Connection Fails with 401 Unauthorized #105)
• Resolves the vsocde-*, yaml & pyright lsp server not being detected due to --version argument not being part of them. (Closes Bug: LSP Server Discovery Fails for Servers Without --version Flag #104)
