resolve #140

  • Refactor Hole struct to BaseHole and other field in models/hole.go and models/holeV2.go
  • Change Hole initializing statement due to structure changing of Hole in several file
  • Add V2 api to apis/hole/route.go
  • Add rename rule to gormConfig in models/init.go
