The latest releases of the "zip" crate already pull in bzip2 0.5, so bumping to bzip2 in this crate too results in only one version being pulled in instead of two.
No breaking changes in the v0.5 release other than dropping some obsolete feature flags (not used in this crate) and bumping to the 2021 Edition / 1.65+ MSRV (this crate is already at the 2021 Edition):
