The previous version no longer builds with the latest CMake, which has been fixed here: kcat/openal-soft@f15e855
Setting the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX as usual and letting STK's default config deal with the rest seems much more reasonable: - Binary in /usr/local/bin (via STK_INSTALL_BINARY_DIR) - Data in /usr/local/share/supertuxkart (via STK_INSTALL_DATA_DIR)
