Closes #5083
TL;DR Disambiguating a people page with 143 papers into two authors:
Dong Yu graduated from Idaho (Tencent/Microsoft) vs Dong Yu (BLCU).
The former is the issue submitter and has an ORCID, for the latter the ORCID and degree institution isn't so clear but consistent BLCU affiliation over more than a decade. Or are there 2 BLCU Dong Yus?
Status Quo
https://aclanthology.org/people/dong-yu/ (143 papers)
In XML only one ORCID found and only one explicit affiliation (Tencent), there is a non-empty intersection between these.
Some had hani script annotation, but disjunct form ORCID/Tencent ones.
Changes
todo: not sure about the ids yet, might change them (does issue submitter get the default one?, degree institution for blcu one or are there more than 1?)

Maybe this is the other Dong Yu, but not sure:
