While the spec provides a "session/load" command, most coding agents do not implement it.

I'm wondering what was the intent to have session/load if main coding agents don't support it.
If it is indeed the case that session/load is not the correct abstraction for the time being, should ACP drop it entirely in favor of the session/resume that is more aligned with current coding agent capabilities?
