如何修改各站点推广链接

参考 https://github.com/antvis/gatsby-theme-antv/pull/240 ，直接修改 db.json 后发一个 Pull Request，校验通过后会自动合并，合并即生效。另外需要满足下面两个条件：

1. 网站使用 @antv/[email protected] 版本部署。
2. 网站没有自定义 Banner 组件的 notifications 属性。
