Align versions to spring-boot 3.4.12

Description

apache/camel-spring-boot@d2d4567 upgrades the spring-boot version in camel-spring-boot to 3.4.12.

Align versions to the versions used in spring-boot 3.4.12. Ran a mvn -DskipTests clean install build and ran verify on camel-jetty, camel-jackson.
