feat(ci): add support for spark and hive engine integration tests

What is the purpose of the change

This PR adds support for Spark and Hive engine integration tests in the CI workflow. It enables automated testing of these engines to ensure compatibility and functionality when deploying Linkis in Kubernetes environments.
