I have added the code for Day Cloud Phase (EUMETSAT), Day Cloud Type (EUMETSAT), Blowing Snow (NOAA), and Sea Spray (NOAA). These have all been tested versus known examples from the Quick Guides. Sea Spray and Blowing Snow use a gamma correction that is listed differently in the NOAA recipes compared to what is used in GOES2Go where their gamma is in the form of a^gamma, while in GOES2Go it is meant to be a^1/gamma, so this needed to be corrected for these specific RGBs. I didn't add the images to the documentation.
