Contains all major changes associated with v2.0.0, but migrates abbreviation management to the glossaries package.
Note that this update removes deluxetable package usage from the document to prevent collisions with the supertabular environment, which formats the actual display of abbreviations on the LoA page.
The only consequence of this is a slight alteration to the sample table example, which now invokes a few other modern packages for controlling table properties.
