blackjack game added

Added a fully functional Blackjack card game to the projects collection. Players can compete against a computer dealer with realistic gameplay, betting system, card animations, and theme support.

Complete Blackjack game logic with proper card values and Ace handling (1 or 11)
Betting system starting with $1000 chips
Smooth card-dealing animations with sound effects
Dark/Light theme toggle with persistent preference
Win/Loss/Draw tracking

Keyboard shortcuts (H for Hit, S for Stand)
