@valjes let's change the formatting for this new role title using spaces around the slash character:
Translation Requestor / Developer
Regarding pluralization, if the original was Developer (singular), use Translation Requestor / Developer. If it was Developers (plural), please use Translation Requestors / Developers (pluralizing both nouns).
Also, I think that for the following articles, we should revert back to the Developer as it refers to the technical audience/persona, not the specific Crowdin role:
