Why is 3 specified? In other words, how does this guidance change of it's 1 or 2, 4, 5, ...?

March 2023 was a LONG TIME ago, but guessing from my habitually murky syntax, I probably meant if 1/3 or 3/5 or 2/4 or 1/5 resign and leave an even number of co-chairs... often if there are 3 co-chairs it's to have a tiebreaker/n-of-m signature scheme!

i'm not too attached to any version of the change, but if it feels important I'd recommend digging up the SC recording rather than trusting my swiss-cheese memory (this would've been my last SC meeting before family leave!?)
