- Update Electron to v31

The easier quick change game/profile buttons without having to go into the settings page is definitely nice. The fancy title bar & other button rearrangements also look good imo, would be cool to see this merged |

New UI based on the latest update of the thunderstore app
I'm used to newer versions of vue and other dependencies but I hope that everything works as expected.
I also fixed some errors that my editor was complaining about.
Tested on windows (it would be nice if someone could test this on linux)
All feedback is appreciated 🙂
