Update Public Pool

The Public Pool UI was last updated nearly two years ago. This PR submits the latest https://github.com/benjamin-wilson/public-pool-ui version + some bug fixes, see my releases :

Hey @duckaxe thanks for taking this on and picking up the torch from smolgrrr who initially maintained this app! Amazing.

My bitaxe just died a couple weeks ago and I am waiting on a replacement, but it should arrive in the next couple days so I can test that everything is still working.

The main bugfix is the network hashrate > 1 ZH/s fix correct (benjamin-wilson/public-pool-ui@1edec8e)? Did you want to add any of your personal fixes to the release notes?

Also, just quickly looking at the public-pool backend image from sethforprivacy, it looks like the 9c14003 tag was built up to the upstream commit benjamin-wilson/public-pool@f9e49a8, so we're missing these:

Shall we reach out to sethforprivacy and see if he's interested in building a new image with recent commits while we're at it?

Thanks @WantClue, really appreciate the offer! I've already ordered a new Gamma from @SoloSatoshi that is on the way, so I'm all good. I should have snagged one a while ago when I fried mine.

Ah ya the repo notes look good @duckaxe, but I'm talking about the releaseNotes key in the umbrel-app.yml. This is what gets shown to umbrelOS users when an app update is available. Right now no one would know about your release notes or the fact that the frontend container maintainer has changed.

We could do something like this, what do you think?
