Introduce high-level documentation explaining Block Node purpose, role in Hedera network, operator responsibilities, core services, types, architecture, and use cases based on HIP-1081.
Reviewer Notes
The Getting Started section currently references two deployment guides that are still pending merge (PR #1911 and PR #1877). Once merged, I will update this overview document with the final doc links. Until then, those links should be considered placeholders for internal review purposes only.
