This PR enhances the GitHub action with data source management and improved logging.

Changes

  • Add disable_data_source parameter: Allow users to disable specific vulnerability data sources (--disable-data-source argument when running cve-bin-tool)
  • Add skips parameter: Allow users to skip specific checkers (--skips argument when running cve-bin-tool)
  • Persist JSON scan results: Add scan-result.json to uploaded artifacts for more context
  • Improve logging: Add debug output when fetching CVEs and running commands for better troubleshooting
  • Fix CLI warning: Resolve warning during database update by properly passing directory argument
