@vedansh-5 If we are showing active selection for the playground and marketplace, then we should also implement something for other pages, like installation, contribute handbook.

@naman9271 @oksaumya This PR adds the active glow that Mike suggested in scrum meet.
Its a WIP, I have added glow only in the first three sections and not in contribute and community. I'll add it in those as soon as I have the confirmation on two things:
1> Do we need this?
2> Is the glow okay? I think underlining would be more minimalistic and significant here. @KPRoche

yes we can add this and to make consistemcy i think it is better to add this in dropdowns also contribute community.
