Unfortunately, testing if this works is not quite so simple. @nyurik ideas that I am missing, except pushing a new temp-crate with a uuid-name to not pollute things? |

This PR refactors to the changes made for us in
static-files.Currenlty a draft as the setting that we need is not yet in the public api ^^
