The link path now includes /public, but the similar link in the companion feedback.md file (line 22 of versioned_docs/version-5.1/apis/plugintypes/assign/feedback.md) still uses the old path without /public. For consistency, both files should use the same path structure. Please verify which path is correct and update both files accordingly.
