Attempting to address issues as

• missing Vendor ID linked to embeddability issues (and missing licence information) Erratic embeddability / Vendor ID specification #48
• missing PANOSE data Recommended Fallback #28

Please double-check the proposed PANOSE data.
In hindsight I was probably too hasty to classify the font's proportion as "modern". It is supposed to be classified strictly by calculation.
A couple of other PANOSE parameters I left as 0 ("any"), but these too could be classified more precisely with a bit of effort from those in the know.
Even so, on balance I think it's better to —hypothetically — have several correct parameters specified, and a couple nearly correctly specified, rather than leave all parameters blank.

Once the changes are checked (and amended as needed), they should be replicated in all other fonts of this family. (The PANOSE weights of course differ between fonts, but — strictly speaking — so too may e.g. the proportion.)
