Description

Add options to configure GRPC exporter with TLS/mTLS

Dependencies

• Operator: NETOBSERV-2503: use TLS by default in Service mode network-observability-operator#2204
• FLP: NETOBSERV-2503: allow TLS/mTLS in grpc ingestor flowlogs-pipeline#1146
