It would be nice to get our wiki install fixed up so these extensions are installed by Ansible. It seems like these are currently being hand-managed. |

This PR adds an extension to update shortlinks on save.

It also add Vega graphing from mw:Extension:Graph, and its dependency mw:Extension:JsonConfig.
