adds new config setting
extension::datadog::deployment_typeto allow users to specify manually whether this collector functions as agatewaycollector (i.e. receiving and forwarding telemetry from multiple agents/libraries) or as a "daemonset" (referred to as "agent" on OTel docs)Testing
