Use placeholder text for GitHub repository URL input

The GitHub repository URL input in the task creation flow (Step 5) was pre-filled with "example/repo", which appears as an actual value. Changed to use placeholder text showing https://github.com/salmanmkc/agentverse in greyed-out format to indicate the default repository without pre-filling the field.

Changes

• front-end/components/tasks/steps/step5-allocation.tsx
  • Set repository state initial value to empty string (was "example/repo")
  • Updated input placeholder to https://github.com/salmanmkc/agentverse (was "owner/repo")
