Summary

add the ECDH-ES+X25519MLKEM768 identifier and hybrid handling to the JWE crypto helper
derive content encryption keys by combining X25519 and ML-KEM-768 secrets and expose the PQC payload in the header
declare the pqcrypto dependency and cover the new format with a round-trip interoperability test
