This repository contains documentation and project planning materials for implementing the integration between Orion Advisor and Redtail CRM systems. The project focuses on establishing a bi-directional sync between existing Orion and Redtail data while maintaining data integrity and avoiding duplicates.

Key Integration Constraints

• Primary Matching: SSN/Tax ID is the ONLY automatic matching field
• Relationship Limit: One Redtail contact per Orion household (one-to-one)
• Sync Schedule: Daily sync at 9 AM CST
• Account Requirements: Must be active, managed, have value, and contain SSN/Tax ID
