When compiled with preserving order feature enabled, take the last value instead of failing. Example:

APP__CERT__PATH="/tmp.cert.pem" cargo run --example hierarchical-env --features=preserve_orde
APP__CERT__VALUE="/tmp.cert.pem" cargo run --example hierarchical-env --features=preserve_orde
