[chore] Enable mdlint on general docs

Changes

This removes un-necessary supression of markdown linting from the general docs which was being added via jinja template. Suppression have remained in jinja templates for entity rendering and has been explicitly added to the md file only when necessary.

Only non suppression change is 1x italic symbol to be consistent with rest of doc otherwise a suppression would've been needed.

Suppression can be reduced by merging:

• [chore] Add table header to entity attributes table #3072
• [chore] ensure gen_ai docs contain correctly formatted lists #3077
• [chore] Fix the error.type table nested in the note #3080
• [chore] Switch aspnetcore list to - rather than * to enable linting #3090

Note the following would be enforced by CI after this merge.

• [chore] Add consistent formating to md tables #3083

The biggest issue blocking a wider Rollout:

• K8's metric tables are not rendering as expected with content split over multiple lines #3073
