Services provided by a consultant

During the term, the Consultant shall be responsible for providing the services set out in Exhibit A(fees, max hours) according to the instructions.
The Consultant warrants that they have expertise.
The Consultant shall render the Services in a professional way.
The Services shall be provided solely by the consultant.
The Consultant represents that there is no contractual restriction. The Consultant shall handle conflict of interest in case there is one.
The Consultant will not represent itself as an agent of the Company.
